  • Kol Nidre: As is tradition, we present three recitations. These contemporary voices draw from ancient melodies to set the stage for a soul-stirring transition into Yom Kippur:
    • #1 – Iraqi-Israeli actor and singer Sharone Sayegh chants the traditional Sephardic melody.
    • #2 –  Actor Danny Burstein (Fiddler on the Roof, Moulin Rouge), accompanied by an instrumental backdrop, reads an English Kol Nidre translation.
    • #3 – Grammy & Emmy Award-Winning Actor Adam Kantor (The Band’s Visit) and University of Maryland Hillel a cappella group Rak Shalom chant the Ashkenazi melody.
